Seating concepts

The Carré for up to 12 people is ideal for an interactive communication round where a separate desk is required. Catering services such as drinks, coffee or tea and snacks can be served directly at the table.

We recommend parliamentary seating for up to 15 people for events where presentations and information are given. Participants will be given the opportunity to take notes or follow up on documents provided. However, a disadvantage arises when discussions within the audience are desired. Catering with conference drinks and break snacks directly at the table is optimally possible.

The parliamentary seating for max. 21 people we also recommend for events where lecturing and informing. Participants will be given the opportunity to take notes or follow up on documents provided. However, a disadvantage arises when discussions within the audience are desired. However, particularly strict hygiene rules must be observed with this seating concept.

• Each guest wears a mouth-nose protection up to his seat. This can be removed there.

• The seminar leader stays only in the area behind the drawn line without mouth-nose protection.

• If required, we will provide the seminar leader with an acrylic glass pane.

Catering with conference drinks and break snacks directly at the table is optimally possible.

The chair circle is often used in workshops and seminars and promotes communication between participants. We can provide conference drinks on the side tables.

The circle of chairs without side tables offers seminar participants plenty of free space for communication. As food and drinks may only be consumed directly at tables due to official regulations, we cannot offer you any catering services directly in the conference room with this seating arrangement.
